Dr.-Ing. Dr.-Ing. E. h. Hans-Peter Keitel, 59,
has served on the Executive Board since 1990; Chairman
of the Executive Board from 1992 until March 31, 2007; responsible
for the Construction Services Europe division
(until December 31, 2006), corporate governance and the
Corporate Communications corporate center.
Attorney-at-law Albrecht Ehlers, 49,
joined the HOCHTIEF Executive Board in 2004; responsible
for labor relations, the Human Resources corporate center
as well as cross-divisional Service Centers; his responsibilities
also include Corporate Headquarters as well as the OSHEP
Center (occupational health and safety and environmental
protection) and HOCHTIEF Insurance; since January 1, 2007,
also responsible for the company HOCHTIEF Facility Management
which is part of the Development division.
Dr. rer. pol. Burkhard Lohr, 43,
became a member of the Executive Board on January 1,
2006; since April 1, 2006, responsible for the Controlling,
Accounting and Tax corporate centers.
Dr.-Ing. Herbert Lütkestratkötter, 56,
has served on the Executive Board since 2003; Deputy
Chairman of the Executive Board since November 21, 2006;
responsible for the Development division
(until December 31, 2006), the Construction Services Americas division
and the Corporate Development corporate center; since
January 1, 2007, also responsible for the Construction
Services Europe division.
From April 1, 2007, Chairman of
the Executive Board and also responsible for corporate
governance and the Corporate Communications corporate
center.
Dr. rer. pol. Peter Noé, 49
joined the Executive Board in 2002; responsible for the Airport
and Construction Services Asia Pacific divisions as
well as the Finance corporate center including Investor
Relations (since October 1, 2005).
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Martin Rohr, 51
has served on the Executive Board since 2004; since January
1, 2007, responsible for the companies HOCHTIEF PPP
Solutions, HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung and Debausie
within the Development division and, as previously, for the
Global Procurement corporate center.
Dr. rer. pol. Hans-Georg Vater, 65, (not pictured),
was member of the Executive Board from 1996 until March
31, 2006; responsible for Corporate Finance and Investor
Relations as well as for the Controlling, Accounting and
Tax corporate centers.
